I could use this piece of website real estate to tell you lots of things about when I started my business or why I started my business that you may or may not care about. But I’m not going to post a regular old bio here.

I want you to start getting more comfortable with the concept of social networking so I’m going to be transparent on this page and tell you some things about myself that you might learn if we were meeting at a dinner party or playing a round of golf. (Social networking tip #1 – social networking is the Internet’s equivalent of networking on the golf course.)

• I’ve been in business for myself since 2002
• I love living in the San Francisco Bay Area and I have another business where I blog about my adventures around the Bay
• I find great joy in turning on social networking light bulbs for entrepreneurs
• I’m am the co-author of Managing Your Thriving Business For Success
• I used to be a preschool teacher (which means I’m very patient)
• I have a fabulous team working with me and my biggest rule is that everyone only provides services they love doing and that they’re experts at. If they love to do it but they’re no good at it, don’t worry, they do that on their own time, not yours or mine.
• Purple is my favorite color
• I love dark chocolate
• I have a dog named Poncho
• I don’t start my work day until I’ve gone for my hike
• I can help your clients find you instead of it always being the other way around
